Words Like Honey was inspired by Proverbs 16:24 which says, “Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.”

Since becoming a mother, proclaiming the importance of life-giving, grace-filled words has never been more important to me. Sure, words are merely symbols people use to communicate, but they’re all we have to do so. What we say and write…words…they matter! Maybe that message is more pertinent now than ever.

As my area’s local beekeeper and certified etiquette professional, I regularly share about the bees or dining skills with elementary and preschool-age groups, but even more than that, I love to share my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Please, keep me in mind if I can ever be of assistance to your church group, book club, gardening, or beekeeping association.
